Sweet finger food.
1 kg pork ribs
2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 cup sherry
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs honey
3 garlic cloves crushed
1 tbs fresh ginger
Add ribs to the mixture.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, covered.
Cook on a BBQ for around 15 minutes or so, brushing with marinade during cooking.
