Marinated pork spare ribs

Napkins at the ready! These tender slow-cooked pork spare ribs are super easy to prepare – just mix the marinade, coat the ribs in the mixture and bake.



Marinated pork spare ribs
Ingredients
  • 1 kg spare pork ribs

  • 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

  • 3 tbs honey

  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 150C.

    2. Mix tomato, barbeque and Worcestershire sauces until combined.

    3. Add honey and combine well.

    4. Place ribs into an oven proof dish and coat well with sauce mixture.

    5. Bake for approximately 2 hours.
