BBQ chicken wings

Deliciously sticky chicken wings. No marinating required.



BBQ chicken wings
Ingredients
  • 1 kg chicken wings

  • 2 tbs SPC plum sauce spicy

  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tbs tomato sauce

  • 1 tbs soy sauce

  • 1 1/2 tbs brown sugar

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tsp ginger

Instructions
    1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

    2. Cut chicken wings into pieces at each segment. Discard the wing tips.

    3. Spray a baking dish with oil.

    4. Place chicken wings in a single layer in the baking dish, and bake for around 20 minutes, until slightly browned.

    5. Combine the remaining ingredients in a microwave-safe dish. Mix well.

    6. Heat the sauce in microwave for 1 minute.

    7. Stir and pour over chicken. Toss to coat chicken wings.

    8. Cook for a further 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Toss chicken in marinade every so often.
